LEARN HOW TO GET A GREAT START ON THE WEEK :
Chart your weekend well
Make a to-do list, divide chores with your family and finish them by Saturday. Schedule fun and entertainment for Sundays.
Stay Upbeat
Keep something special for Monday night - a new restaurant you are dying to try or maybe just catching up on an old book. Psyche yourself into actually looking forward to Monday.
Get up early on Monday
A half-hour early start can help to sort things out, both in your head and otherwise. It will help ease out the tension.
Exercise time
Go for a walk to release those feel-good endorphins. Clean fresh air can do wonders for your mood. If you are not a morning walk person, you could put on some peppy music and de-stress.
Finish your pending work by Friday
Completing pending tasks by Friday, will ensure a calmer Monday morning.
Do not sleep in.
Weekends are great to catch up on sleep but this can play havoc with your internal clock. Try and sleep at normal time and then take a nap if needed.
