  • Experience a sense of well-being or euphoria while at the PC.
  • Surf the Web for more than two hours daily and yet crave more time.
  • Feel empty, depressed or irritable when not at the PC.
  • Want to stop surfing, but cannot.
  • Experience dry eyes, carpal tunnel syndrome, migraines, backaches, irregular appetite, sleep disturbances, and moodiness, irritability or restlessness when not online.


TIPS TO BEAT INTERNET ADDICTION :

  • Tweak your routine to avoid the computer.
