Tips to prevent wrinkles
- Never step out in the sun without adequate sun protection. Do not neglect neck and hands.
- Always keep your skin well moisturised and always apply sun-screen 20 minutes before stepping out.
- Drink lots of water and keep your skin well-hydrated from within.
- Apply hydroxy acid-based creams, that encourage collagen production.
- Avoid smoking.
- Try to maintain a diet that is rich in vitamins and nutrients, specially Vitamin A, C, E and K.
Some Home Remedies to Deal with Wrinkles
- Apply egg whites to the skin under your eyes for 10 minutes before rinsing off with water.
- Empty the contents of three Vitamin E capsules into a small bowl. Add two tablespoons of yogurt, half tablespoon honey and half table-spoon lemon juice. Apply the mixture on the face. Leave for 10 minutes and rinse.
- Apply castor oil to help reduce the formation of wrinkles.
